If you’re looking for therapy or counseling for trauma, stress, depression, relationship issues, anger management and more, please schedule a visit with a therapist. You have virtual access to different types of therapists to fit almost any need, such as psychologists, licensed clinical social workers, licensed marriage and family therapists and licensed professional counselors.
If you’re looking for medication evaluation or help with ongoing medication management, please schedule a visit with a psychiatrist.
When you first schedule a visit, you answer questions about your personal preferences and your needs for seeking a mental health professional. You then choose from a selection of providers who have been matched to your requirements. You will be given information about your provider choices, including gender, language and specialty, so you can select someone who best meets your needs.

4. Your therapist will confirm the date that works best for you both
Therapy and counseling visits are scheduled for 45 minutes. Psychiatric visits for new medication evaluations are scheduled for 45 minutes, and medication management follow-up visits are scheduled for 15 minutes.
After your initial visit, the therapist will provide recommendations for your personal care plan, including how frequently visits should occur and potentially the total number of visits expected for your treatment.
